I think the system has been corrupted from the start.

Law is always hijacked by those with power as you mentioned with the birth certificate etc.

The hope is that more people see the illusion and zombie Joe is a shining example of how badly they planned to keep people asleep. Even more funny is that the VP, Harris is equally bad at keeping up the appearances of cognizant leadership.

I think we have to get over it - the false structure - and interact with each other and our world, free from it. Humans will do just fine, once these external structures come off. Won't be easy, but will be far better.

You have said a lot here; one of the things that can happen when fraud is exposed, by seeing it for what it is will cause it to become vitiated, nullified.

The system of Corporations is existing in every Government of "Western" orbit. They are Franchised to the main Corporate ownership located in London. There is a common pattern of Control, the structure is used everywhere. All Legal Frameworks are setup with a double interpretation built in. Corporations all have a public facing board of directors, they all have private owners that hold control in secret, hidden by Trusts using Private Equities. Governments have a Public facing facade; in our case in the US, that's the "Republic" which actually may never have existed. The Private facing side that serves the Private Equity Owners (Owners of the Banks) is the Corporate entity itself, US Inc.

You mentioned the Birth Certificates; this is quite important, it's actually tied into the Post Civil War 14th Amendment.

A Commenter called Bitterroot Services stated:

"Prior to the 14th Amendment a U.S.A. Citizen obtained their "Rights" from their Creator, i.e. God. This is set out in the 2nd paragraph of the Declaration of Independence which says in pertinent part. "...all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights..." Note the word "unalienable." It's root word is "lien" which is when someone else or some entity has a higher claim to what you say is yours, than you do. -- Point to remember is that when your rights are "unalienable" (un-a-lien-able) they come from God and God is above all earthly governments.

The 14th Amendment, 1868, turned things upside down. It says in pertinent part, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State in which they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States,..." there is a lot to "unpack" in this 14th Amendment. Please follow closely:

1. We will start with the words "...the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States..." In Law where do "privileges and immunities" come from? They are what government can give "citizens". They are not the same as "rights" from God. Note the phrase at the beginning of that Amendment, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States..." Notice the coupling together of the concepts of "born" and "naturalized." this was the beginning of doing away with the idea of some people being "freeborn Citizens" with God given rights and classifying all as "citizens" in the category of "naturalized", why? A naturalized citizen is someone born in a country that does not recognize "God given rights" but who wants to become an American. They go through the process of "naturalization" and once that is completed they receive "privileges and immunities" granted by government, not rights from God! What government has given, government can take away!

2. Notice the word "citizens" in the 14th Amendment. It is spelled with a lower case "c". Yet, for example in the Constitution; Article II, Section 5 the same word is spelled "Citizen" with an upper case "C" and that word is not the first word in a sentence! "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution..." In Law, even the capitalization of a word has meaning! Prior to the 14th Amendment, the capitalization of "Citizen" meant a human being who's rights came from God not from government. Notice that there were 2 classes of "Citizens" before the Adoption of the Constitution! Those born here and those who had become Citizens prior to the Adoption of the Constitution! That is prior to there being a government that could "naturalize" those not born here!

3. Post Civil War there was "The Act of February 21, 1871" which, among other things changed one letter of one word in the Declaration of Independence. It changed an "u" to an "i" changing the word "unalienable" (un-a-lien-able) to "inalienable" pronounced "in-alien-able" root word "alien" (which interestingly enough the first 4 letters of that word tell you this word is "a lie"!) So when this Act changed the word in the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence from "unalienable" (un-a-lien-able) to "inalienable" (in-alien-able) it supported the change in status of all Americans from God given Rights to government given rights!"

If you go to the comment section it only has about 35 comments, but there is an important one I think everyone really should read from Bitter Root Services; I think he is a retired Trust Attorney who is divulging details that are mostly kept secret.

** Important takeaway on "Trust: "Ordinary slavery is to own the labor, but that carries with it the care for the laborer. Stakeholder Capitalism is for capital to control labor by controlling the wages. THIS CAN BE DONE BY CONTROLLING THE REAL MONEY, this money is tied up in the Trust System, and it is the Security that holds value TO the Fiat. It’s slavery re-imagined. This is controlled by "Stakeholder Democracy." It represents those Equity Owners and excludes all of us, because we are considered animals in the Tax Farm.

We can sever our ties to this corrupt system by the very first step, by seeing it for what it is. We are 100% Individually Sovereign, with a status of Sui Juris; meaning "Of one's Own Right." Sovereign means that there is nobody "above" you and there's nobody "below" you. We must stop believing in "Hierarchy," it an abomination. Wow, Nef, thank you for that elaboration. It's clear you know a lot about this subject. I was attempting to provide as little as I could to establish my larger points - we don't have a real government and we don't need one - but this is so helpful.

I'll be busy for most of July, I might try doing a SOTU, but doing a speech like a SOTU would be tricky for me. I might try podcast. Even though I have a lot of the picture of what things look like, it's quite a challenge to present it in a way that helps catch everyone up to speed as a public presentation. This was the last stack I read yesterday during my lay over flight and I wanted to say so much so I waited to comment and now it seems like all my thoughts would be redundant iterations of what you have so wonderfully already expressed here. But I will add this: America needs citizens like you to soberly remind us when the original intentions aren’t being met without hating on those who haven’t met them. I’d like to say “fellow Americans” (even if the origin of the word is mucked up with money 🙄, most of us understand it as “a companion traveller to the grave”) and mean all those who live on this land and continue to do so by choice. Transplants, descendant of folks brought unwillingly, natives, descendants of colonisers… all of us. Can we not turn this around and turn this into a love story after all? I oscillate between being a cynic and a sap. If I get around to doing a SOTU, it’s gonna be one schizo post, Kathleen. 🤭

Thanks, Kathleen. I wonder if any of your readers were surprised by anything you shared. Hopefully, it's catching on. I'm aware of all of it - I have a friend (she actually help find my little house for me) who moved from NH to AZ and got her status and standing there. It took her over a year of classes and believe me, it is not an easy process. I think that someone who is highly intelligent, can understand some law, and is able to communicate well stands a chance of getting through this process successfully. Me?? No way. I have another friend here going through the process and he hopes to be able to guide others in the future. New Hampshire, as you can imagine, shares a lot of views like the ones you share here. The Live Free or Die state.

I'm grateful that more and more people are waking up to the reality of what this country really is. It's sad, but dare I say promising that these things are coming to light? XOXO, B
