The above photo was sent to me by Ronnie Roberts - Apocalyptomist peer - as a contribution to the Citizen’s State of the Union call to action. She explained the picture goes back to 2011 during Occupy Wall Street protests and was taken in Santa Fe, NM, the capital.
Back when we were both still in liberal political camps.
Feels another lifetime now.
I no longer have a political party - having seen through the ruse. I realize genuine differences naturally arise over how we conduct ourselves as a defined people - there will always be those tensions - though a (effectively) two-party system as mechanism to deal with them, was captured long ago.
Can any meaningful answers be found in the current behemoth we call the US government? It’s clear they do not work for us, and sadly, it even seems some are working to engineer its destruction.
I thought the flag Ronnie sent was a brilliant design and excellent example of - as she noted - a picture being worth a thousand words. Were the maker of it to do an updated version today, I wonder if the stars and stripes would have fallen completely off the edges?

The political party system has become the prevalent frame from which we view our country. So seeing through what we constantly see our world through makes it a bit trickier to undo.
It has proven a stubborn bubble to pop and not least because of the screeching media defining everything in relation to right VS left, offering greater and greater extremes to choose from with a silent litmus test running in the background judging the viewer who might dare make the wrong choice. Add to that, the invisible hooks - identities attached to those parties - and the snags they incur.
Still, I’m hopeful that the absurdity of our situation - given the current ‘choices’ our system has puked out - will aid in popping what’s left of that illusion-bubble.
By now - with modest attention - we know the deeper function of our political system devolved long ago into money-making opportunities while deepening divides and deflecting responsibility from our ‘leaders’.
This realization may still be lost on some, (at least two of whom live on my block) but it’s also the case that growing numbers do in fact, see through it.
It’s also the case that some of us see the theatre and continue to participate anyway - as critic and/or commenter - to help wake others.
But what of those who still identify with a political party; who take the bait and blame the other side; who send actual checks and knock on actual doors? Those who continue to act as if these doings are grounded in something real? What’s up with them?
In addition to usual explanations (normalcy bias, cognitive dissonance (those may be the same thing) identity snags, etc.) I suspect this profound hanging on, to view the political party system and its narratives as legitimate - even when shot through with holes - is due to the conceptual merging of country with government.
We think of them as the same thing. They are not.
The country is defined land with people who live on it. The governing system - if we actually had one - was intended to secure the rights of the people who lived on that defined land, by their agreement.
Clearly we’ve moved well beyond agreement or consent when it comes to this hijacked creature we call our government. But even it wasn’t, even if it was doing great and was honest, it would still not be the same as ‘country.’
The land is the land, whether government exists or not.
Our hijacked government - an amorphous multi-headed monster that exists beyond reason, beyond purpose and beyond borders is not our government and most definitely, NOT OUR COUNTRY.
The cruel joke is that it doesn’t even pretend to work for the people anymore. It operates against us with secret (not so secret) global agendas. Our sovereignty being handed over to non-elected international psychos bodies that do their work behind the scenes.
This beast-of-thing gobbles up everything and anything. It’s insatiable in its pursuit and even when we know, we still have to to navigate our daily lives and go along with the many fictions, acting as if there are mechanisms in place that will look after us. (There are, but not the ones they give us.)
Well, at least more of us can see it.
Images, words and the feelings they evoke are central to how we’ve been corralled and controlled. We don’t just carry images and stories of the world around as if they are true - even when they are fully at odds with our lived experience - we also carry images and story around about ourselves in the world.
They are intimately entwined. Undoing one, undoes the other. So lots of resistance to shedding them is built in.
We know well the rudimentary role that repetition plays in propaganda: lie big, repeat often. I think the undoing of them works the same way. Repetition required: we must immerse ourselves over and over in dismantling the propaganda or the significant morphic field the manufactured world exists in - pulls us back in.
I see it all the time. People who know, getting pulled back in.
Returning to our posted image of the flag - whoever created this flag - symbolic of an America in disarray and collapse - reclaimed a powerful image. And that reclaiming is essential in the larger claim of self-sovereignty.
The last four years plus, we watched a level of global coordination that was stupefying, and while it did nudge some unknown numbers from their slumber and send others in to high alert, it also worked as intended on most of us. Harmed and killed some of us.
If it were fully comprehended what’s been done to humanity, the depths and force of the outrage could set-off volcanic level eruptions and upend the world overnight. Maybe it’s building? I don’t know.
Maybe the outrage has been hijacked too? Everything else has been. Surely much of it has been deflected and directed (as intended) onto the political party framing where it can play out in familiar sand-boxes supplied with pretend choices we are expected to fight over as if that’s an expression of democracy.
It’s so much better for them when we aim our weapons at each other.

“My Fellow Americans” is how I had initially started the 1st draft of my Citizen’s State of the Union address. I’m on my 4th or is it 5th now? I didn’t know what I was getting into when the idea presented and I greeted it with enthusiasm.
“Fellow” Americans is the traditional moniker for its opening. I hear it as its intended - friendly; evoking a status-equalizing link between the speaker and the audience.
It didn’t sit right with me. Of course. The salutation felt hollow because it is. It’s a pretend government and a divided nation we live in. Our leaders do not perceive us as equals; let alone answer to us - though in theory we-the-people are their very raison d’être. The use of ‘fellow’ from them, amounts to a cheap trick and word manipulation.
The whole SOTU ritual is as pointless and tired as the current pretender-in-chief, and its past time we put them both to bed. Which, of course was the point for citizens taking it back.
Frustrated from the get-go (or more likely in writing-avoidance) I decided to look into the etymology of ‘fellow’.
This is new to me - ”putting down money in joint venture” - I’m not surprised money comes into it. It continues:

Digging into the origins of words always sheds more light. I thought of “fellow” as companion: ‘he’s a good fellow’ or ‘one of us’ sort of thing, and of course it is used that way too.
Still. My previous understanding of ‘fellow’ didn’t include associations with cattle and money or feudal though knowing what I know now - I might have guessed. Those words are central to understanding how we are viewed by those who would rule us.
It is true that Americans are commoditized from birth - using the birth certificate itself. Among those who have researched this is Jordan Maxwell, an expert in etymology and symbolism. Maxwell honed in on the behind-the-scenes workings of the hidden controllers, who have lots o’tools in their deception-toolbox.

My inclusion of the video is not an endorsement of everything Maxwell has written or said. I think he’s gotten lots right and some things wrong, or partially wrong.
Anna von Reitz (AvR) has written extensively on the birth certificate fraud as well as our country’s hijacking to a foreign, private corporation that provides governmental services and not as a government in service to its constituents.

This is a confusing landscape with plenty of the usual gate-keeper-fact-checkers dismissing these claims. (We know their track-record.) And likely some genuine sincere questions and critiques as well. After spending too much time looking into it, there are two conclusions I’ve drawn: 1) there is still a lot I don’t know and 2) there is no doubt in my mind that there was a long-ago hijacking of how our country’s government was intended to be structured, as well as its original judicial system, which was based on common law (law of the land) and then was dropped in favor of maritime (or law of the water) law.

Understanding that we don’t have an actual ‘we-the-people’ representative-based government is essential. It’s also obvious. Really understanding this - because there will be layers of resistance - changes not just how we perceive our country, it changes how we see ourselves and the world and the larger forces afoot in it.
Acting as-if we have an actual government that represents us, (the seduction of the normal) is a big part of our conundrum, as it only reinforces the fiction. We end up contributing to its assumed status via our participation. We are being run by a corporation, not a government. These were legal maneuverings, not lawful ones.
The birth certificate is a perfect example of how we are told and sold one story while an inverted reality plays out in the background that enslaves. Literally from birth.
This is taken from an actual filing to the SEC posted on their website. I did a search within the document for ‘birth certificate’.
The Birth Certificate is the primary bond for its value is unlimited and it was created for the benefit of the United States of America where legal title will remain and equitable title stays with the company as collateral to JAMES A WILLIAMS TRUST and James Williams the individual surety to insure that the company pays their obligations (debt) to the public.
Understanding SEC filings is above my pay-grade and below my interest threshold, but still it’s pretty clear that birth certificates - even if not traded on an exchange as some claim - have a significant role as collateral. We’re tied via our birth to the debt-based monetary system. Their importance clearly goes far beyond recording births or for use as identification.

What eventually dawns, when reading/listening to Maxwell and von Reitz (and others) is how long we’ve been immersed in this web-of-lies and how hard it is to digest that while simultaneously living your life.
It can feel as if you’re at cross-purposes with yourself. Trying to make a life work, while resisting the very structures that happens in. I’m sure many of you can relate.
Once we learn the how ‘they’ do it and have done it - then what? We still have to function and make our way in this distorted space right? And it gets more challenging all the time.
It’s easier to drop it and let it fade into background. Which I guess is largely what I’ve done since I’ve been aware of Maxwell and von Reitz for nearly a decade now.
It’s not what they’ve uncovered that I resist or how it undoes so many comfy assumptions. I heartily agree (even accepting both have some details wrong) that our country is not free; we live in a corporate take-over state; have been abused from birth; are manipulated by words and laws and treated like cattle.
That’s all pretty crystal-clear actually.
The resistance comes with the next step - what do you do about this information? This wasn’t a set-up we agreed to. This was a reality-coup that amounted to a hijack of our innate, God-given rights. It’s fraudulent and criminal even if ‘legal’.
So while there are things we can do; steps to take to restore our stolen identities for instance, (AvR in particular has laid out the steps.) I think, why should the onus be on us? It isn’t our crime. Besides, everything is already in a state of undoing. Does it even matter?
And honestly at this juncture, I find I’m more oriented towards building and rebuilding community connections rather than creating more distance. More interested in what’s real - relationships with others and Nature.
So, I’m not bringing this up as another rabbit hole to dive into or pile on more details about the manufactured illusion we call life.
Endless details - endlessly debated, aside - we know enough, don’t we?
I bring it up because I realized there was no point in a SOTU address if my approach collapsed government with country. I needed first to detangle the two - without that I’d be reinforcing the fiction.
So we have to grasp that at the start. And this doesn’t mean that all our legislators and representatives understand the sham. Many of them are fully duped too. (Though I imagine some know.) Still, being clueless does not exclude one from high-office, in fact it may well be a prerequisite.
If we don’t differentiate government from country we are forever talking about perceived problems while ignoring the source creating those problems. In recognizing that we’ve been ‘legally’ misidentified from birth and our country’s government was hijacked by a private, foreign corporation, we can then recognize that we also live our lives as as real humans - men and women - on real land.
Both are going on at once. Only one is based in reality. We don’t have to deal with the fake version.
So, long preamble aside, and with the distinction between country and government made, my next post will be my take on our State of the Union. Here’s a small poem to wrap up with.

I think the system has been corrupted from the start.
Law is always hijacked by those with power as you mentioned with the birth certificate etc.
The hope is that more people see the illusion and zombie Joe is a shining example of how badly they planned to keep people asleep. Even more funny is that the VP, Harris is equally bad at keeping up the appearances of cognizant leadership.

You have said a lot here; one of the things that can happen when fraud is exposed, by seeing it for what it is will cause it to become vitiated, nullified.
The system of Corporations is existing in every Government of "Western" orbit. They are Franchised to the main Corporate ownership located in London. There is a common pattern of Control, the structure is used everywhere. All Legal Frameworks are setup with a double interpretation built in. Corporations all have a public facing board of directors, they all have private owners that hold control in secret, hidden by Trusts using Private Equities. Governments have a Public facing facade; in our case in the US, that's the "Republic" which actually may never have existed. The Private facing side that serves the Private Equity Owners (Owners of the Banks) is the Corporate entity itself, US Inc.
You mentioned the Birth Certificates; this is quite important, it's actually tied into the Post Civil War 14th Amendment.
A Commenter called Bitterroot Services stated:
"Prior to the 14th Amendment a U.S.A. Citizen obtained their "Rights" from their Creator, i.e. God. This is set out in the 2nd paragraph of the Declaration of Independence which says in pertinent part. "...all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights..." Note the word "unalienable." It's root word is "lien" which is when someone else or some entity has a higher claim to what you say is yours, than you do. -- Point to remember is that when your rights are "unalienable" (un-a-lien-able) they come from God and God is above all earthly governments.
The 14th Amendment, 1868, turned things upside down. It says in pertinent part, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State in which they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States,..." there is a lot to "unpack" in this 14th Amendment. Please follow closely:
1. We will start with the words "...the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States..." In Law where do "privileges and immunities" come from? They are what government can give "citizens". They are not the same as "rights" from God. Note the phrase at the beginning of that Amendment, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States..." Notice the coupling together of the concepts of "born" and "naturalized." this was the beginning of doing away with the idea of some people being "freeborn Citizens" with God given rights and classifying all as "citizens" in the category of "naturalized", why? A naturalized citizen is someone born in a country that does not recognize "God given rights" but who wants to become an American. They go through the process of "naturalization" and once that is completed they receive "privileges and immunities" granted by government, not rights from God! What government has given, government can take away!
2. Notice the word "citizens" in the 14th Amendment. It is spelled with a lower case "c". Yet, for example in the Constitution; Article II, Section 5 the same word is spelled "Citizen" with an upper case "C" and that word is not the first word in a sentence! "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution..." In Law, even the capitalization of a word has meaning! Prior to the 14th Amendment, the capitalization of "Citizen" meant a human being who's rights came from God not from government. Notice that there were 2 classes of "Citizens" before the Adoption of the Constitution! Those born here and those who had become Citizens prior to the Adoption of the Constitution! That is prior to there being a government that could "naturalize" those not born here!
3. Post Civil War there was "The Act of February 21, 1871" which, among other things changed one letter of one word in the Declaration of Independence. It changed an "u" to an "i" changing the word "unalienable" (un-a-lien-able) to "inalienable" pronounced "in-alien-able" root word "alien" (which interestingly enough the first 4 letters of that word tell you this word is "a lie"!) So when this Act changed the word in the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence from "unalienable" (un-a-lien-able) to "inalienable" (in-alien-able) it supported the change in status of all Americans from God given Rights to government given rights!"

** Important takeaway on "Trust: "Ordinary slavery is to own the labor, but that carries with it the care for the laborer. Stakeholder Capitalism is for capital to control labor by controlling the wages. THIS CAN BE DONE BY CONTROLLING THE REAL MONEY, this money is tied up in the Trust System, and it is the Security that holds value TO the Fiat. It’s slavery re-imagined. This is controlled by "Stakeholder Democracy." It represents those Equity Owners and excludes all of us, because we are considered animals in the Tax Farm.
