What an inspirational post. I'm not religious but listened to a. Podcast and the book of revelations was brought up. This piece caught my attention

The scene described takes place during the Great Tribulation, Daniel’s 70th week. Notice the correlation between the “sorcery” (drug use) and false worship. It is evident by this and other passages that Satan uses drugs to deceive his victims in the end times.

Revelation chapter 18 depicts the destruction of the one world system referred to as “Babylon the Great.” Drug abuse is cited here as being the agent of deception.

The original translation for "sorcery" is pharmakia.

When I get home I will buy you a kofi.

Thanks Kath

That's fascinating. And I never heard that - sorcery/pharmakia link before. Wow.

Thank you.🙏

LIABILITY was a 'TEMPORARY concession given by Gerald Ford for Swine Flu Vax way back in 1976. It failed and 50+ Americans died from the Experimental VAX. Unfortunately, Big Pharma took 'Temporary' to mean 'PERMANENT' and still use the 'LICENCE to KILL' without consideration for human life! Mick from Hooe (UK) Unjabbed to live longer. (F^*k PayPal)

And then we passed that law in 1987 I think, granting pharma liability on vaccines, and we know the result of that - more vaccines, more adverse effects and now... well.

Thank you for the comment.

Yup! As I understand it, the '87 law was supplemental to the original (Gerald Ford) '76 Law which related to NO LIABILITY for a (Useless but DEADLY) new Swine Flu vax. That was a disaster too but, fortunately, only 50+ Americans died. This time they want to depopulate the planet! Mick from Hooe (UK) Unjabbed to live longer!

Nicely said. We need to see things from ALL angles. Our points of view are different because we each stand in different places looking toward the big giant grisly picture. It is horrendous. As you said, it is not it's first rodeo, but we have the internet to thank for it's global-ness. But, the good and great can spread just as quickly as the bad and evil and we have the play book. God wins, but He doesn't promise those who are living it an easy time. Gee....how did we get so lucky? I have offered to trade places with Moses or Elijah, but yet, here I still sit. Sigh. Sob. Pray. Repeat. And don't forget to notice the good stuff around us. It is still there. Stealing focus is such a big part of this terrible awful and we can't give in.

I haven’t read the Bible and so I might be completely off base here, but is it possible that Original Sin refers to the illusion we are born into? That the ‘grace’ of god really refers to the awakening from that illusion?

I like that interpretation!

From what I remember - Original sin wasn't explicitly laid out in the bible - though typically linked to Adam & Eve and the apple. It was later the doctrine was developed and written (we have a lot of writings from Augustine on it) and there is a good amount of debate in terms of how it ultimately was interpreted.

It’s all about the interpretation! Actually,

I don’t even think it was an apple! It was a fruit, but we interpreted it as an apple! 😂

I’ve been getting into theology as a way to cross reference whatever other meta physical fodder is floating around my head. But I do so appreciate you writing about such matters. There’s only so much I can soak in looking at stats.

ha! So true - forbidden fruit.

a long ways back for me when I was in my religious studies phase - which I super enjoyed. Much has moved out of quick reach over the years, but Crossan's book Revolutionary Jesus, stays with me, Elaine Pagels' Adam, Eve & the Serpent, too.

lately i do wonder, at this point, to what degree religions too were used and distorted as control mechanism? I never doubt the impulse or intuition of faith - I think it's ubiquitous and personal and is naturally protected as important. The religions that supposedly express that inner knowing, is a whole other thing.

I remember listening to an author years ago on a Gaia show interview, that the confessional was a means of learning all the dirt/sins so the priests could, as needed use that info to bribe them later - not directly, of course - they were the middleman accessing the bribable info but in cahoots with other criminal agents.

See, that is such a breach of trust. How you gonna take someone’s confession, a time they’re super vulnerable and intimate, and weaponize it?!? That right there would be enough of a reason for religion to be rejected by its followers. I’ll add the books you none to my ever growing list!

I fully agree. Unfortunately most followers don't know this piece - and imagine it's too ghastly to for them to really consider. For me, it makes perfect sense.

Our basic humanity has the potential to resonate with everything around us. Recognizing that is true beauty. It’s certainly not always that way, but it does instill hope.

Thank you for your message. ❤️

I have WE THE PEOPLE on the sides and back window of my car. And an upside down flag as well. My husband said that’s a sign that US lives are at stake. He took issue with it. I said our own government and our president are still pushing these deadly shots. How much more dire can it get????

I’m checking with my friend who made the WE THE PEOPLE sticker for my car to see if she can include a QR code that links to a substack article that might enlighten them. Was thinking MAA’s of today, but it’s for paid subs only (I think).

Thanks. I'll check out the video - that's very interesting - never heard that idea on the energy of lying being a 'tell'.

I'm a big gut person myself. Felt something was very wrong re Covid long before had any info confirming that. i've always regretted it when I haven't listened to that voice.

Here's to truth outing - and best to you.
