Tsunami by Fabrizio Cassetta
There is a lag that often happens in between learning something new and changing our behavior in adjustment to that new information. Until that lag is closed, we tend to act as if we don’t have the new information we have.
We stick with the normal routine. Probably as much out of habit as anything.
We turn on the news, as if we’ll get news.
We send our kids to school, as if they’ll be educated.
We pay our taxes as if they are going to a legitimate government that represents us.
We vote, as if…
We shop, as if…
We talk, as if…
We live, as if we are living in a world… that actually no longer exists. Well, in content that is, the form continues on, carried largely by us and human habit.
It’s not just that it’s easier to carry on as if. We also don’t want to be the first one who stops paying taxes, pulls their kids out of school, and points out all the problems. Negative consequences will flow.
For awhile then, we’ll live with the discrepancy between what we know and how we act and attempt to operate within the structures we have as if they have not utterly failed us.
We also struggle to find language to capture our captured world. Feel free to test this out with some neighbors. Explain how our DoD contracted with Big Pharma on bioweapons for use on us; how laws have been put in place for decades to dismantle our rights right out from under us, or that we are in a new kind of war where poisons are ongoing and energy weapons are used to gain land and eliminate populations overnight, as needed.
The difference in perception between the rabbit-hole dwellers and the normies has gotten to the point where it’s truly daunting to bridge the ‘realities’.
The incredulity of it all is a powerful part of the spell.
Whether its the once elevated prestigious institutions now permanently slimed by their own greed; the ubiquitous hijacking of nearly everything (yes, even academia and science journals) which feels like pale news comparatively as we trace the tentacles of menace beyond motives of greed and power to uncover a contemptuous and a long-standing belief among some cult-like creatures (what shall we call them?) to depopulate and cleanse the world of its useless eaters. Well, how do we language that?
You will sound - to most people, maybe even to yourself - like an unhinged crazy person if you try to just catch someone up.
It’s challenging. It’s so absurd out there, anyone trying to explain it looks equally preposterous. (A good technique for clearing a room though.)
The totality of it all (which I’m sure we’ve not yet glimpsed) escapes clear expression then. Another reason to carry on in as if land.
Add to this, we don’t yet see the new alternatives; what will populate the coming iteration of the world. What replaces all that we will reject? The very practical How will I? questions that crop up when daily ways of doing things, comes to an end.
As a result, we’re squeezing everything we can out of those as ifs.
You know those decorative eggs - where the contents have been extracted but the shell remains intact? That’s our current As If operating system. There’s no there there - it’s as hollow as Biden’s head; as meaningless as a Fauci health alert; as credible as a CNN journalist or as authoritative as the CDC.
We know the many ways things are wrong, right? It’s all basically fucked. I (begrudgingly) offer a partial list.
Officialdom (the UN and WHO) promoting the sexualization of young children via schools which are largely not pushing back. (Some parents are, thankfully. Still if you have to fight basic parenting rights, maybe just pull your kids out.)
Digital identities and CBDC’s coming down the pike. (Can you hear the control grid snapping into place?)
Food safety - or lack thereof and the pushing of mRNA and who knows what into food system.
Chemtrails and bioengineering; the DEWS and don’t of the climate change OP and how weather really happens in a manufactured world
Growing Vax-related deaths, injuries, disease and cancers
Increasing censorship and criminality of thought
We’ve merely scraped the surface. Many other intentionally create crises - are daily looming or blooming. The gutting of basic human values, escalation of crime and drug use in cities, homelessness, immigration, inflation, war stance, etc. I tire listing them.
It’s obviously a whole lot easier to just act as if none of these things are happening, let alone all of them.
So much nicer to make a bowl of popcorn and find a mystery to watch.
Do we want to try and fix all this? Is it even possible?
Wouldn’t it make more sense to just gaslight ourselves, carry on as if, and save them the effort?
No. Of course not. We must do something.
We can’t stop the tsunami of shit that’s been churned up and unleashed on the world. We’re already knee-deep in it. There’s a big part of this undoing thing that just has to run its course.
But we can massively assist. In small ways we can make a big difference. Catherine Austin Fitts has a series called ‘Coming Clean’ on her site with useful ideas. I know I’ve mentioned it before and its worth revisiting.
Steps towards building the world we want. Common sense stuff. Exercising some positive agency in the midst of overwhelming bad news is no small thing.
What’s happening is not ultimately just on their terms. We have a major say in how this all unfolds. Much of what we can do, is in what we don’t do.
We identify our values (where we put our time, energy and money) and then support what we want more of and pull out of those things we don’t want. That’s doable. We won’t do it all overnight, but we can take daily steps in that direction.
As that gap between what we know and how we behave gets smaller, we’ll start to feel better.
Quick partial list follows - (Did I mention I really don’t like lists?) My subscribers know all this stuff anyway. Just good reminders.
Stop banking with banksters. Find a good local credit union.
Stop using their debt instruments. If possible, no credit cards.
Stop ordering from Amazon and watching Netflix or… you pick.
Stop sending your kids to public school if they are teaching the woke shit crippling young minds, or pushing gender fluidity and all the rest. Take them out. Make some demands and don’t bring them back until they are met. (I realize this is much easier said than done.)
Stop acknowledging criminals as our political ‘leaders’. Maybe even send them a letter letting them know going forward you do not recognize them in any official capacity. (It’s actually quite freeing, even fun.)
Stop watching legacy media. (I know you know.)
I won’t list any more. We all have to decide for ourselves and take the steps that make sense.
Of course, plug into what makes you feel good, connected, appreciative (even in a tsunami of shit there are many things to be grateful for) and alive.
I’m not gonna list any of them.
Thanks for reading.

Yes, bridging the two parallel realities is impossible for me now. Perhaps it was never possible. Where do I even begin? I feel like Frodo at the end of Lord of the Rings when he returned to the Shire. Part of the problem is that I intuitively know something evil happened (and is still happening) but it is so vast and so bizarre and so awful that I cannot put it into words. And if I did, most people I know would truly think I have lost my mind. Thanks for the wonderful post, Kathleen. It perfectly encapsulates my feelings of late.
There is a re-do in the works, in my view. The work being done by courageous souls, such as yourself Kathleen, is this increasingly strengthening neural network that can hold “knowing” evil without collapsing with the weight of it. And in this growing “field” which is complete with moral integrity, the new will begin to manifest. It HAS to! Quantum physics--though I do not have that language...the “implicit order” that is the unseen which will “become”. We do this work each day, you and I-- and all who are fortified by your words. Take heart💛
