I forgot to indicate my last post - Noisrevni was part 1 of 2.
There’s a positive side to the current inversion being played out worldwide. And I would be remiss if I didn’t include it. Solutions are embedded in problems. Even heaping hot piles of shit hold the potential as fertilizer to nourish new seeds of growth.
The reversal of Roe V Wade is a perfect example. It only happened, as many have pointed out, because of those who pushed it too hard and too far. Inevitably a hard push back had to happen.
What was once seen as an unfortunate safety-net for unwanted pregnancies - and desperate women who might harm themselves - became a business, and a horrifying way of extracting lucrative ‘parts’ used in medical experiments and products. Pushing the stages in pregnancies that could be aborted, in some states, went right up to due dates and amounted to a grim, legally allowed, state-sanctioned, killing.
Alternatives to this monstrosity of a societal approach to unwanted pregnancy never seriously included ways of matching pregnant women with supportive resources or a network to find willing parents. So many possibilities to address the unfortunate circumstance of a women who finds herself with child and unable to care for it; possibilities that could have produced life-affirming outcomes. Still, where these positive outcomes were possible, we instead sought to make abortions easy.
While the question of abortion itself will continue to be debated, the psychosis that eventually formed around its place in our society may be considered a symptom of a larger breakdown in our culture ,which is now on full display.
So many things are out-in-the-open now, that for so long were hidden. Much of it is ugly. And while we don’t like looking at it, in being forced to, we are confronting something deeper about ourselves. In so doing, new, deeper questions will follow.
What does it mean to be human? What happened to the human race?
Or, for me - what has infiltrated humanity and created what amounts to an anti-human strain running throughout, that seeks to attack, undermine, harm, kill and distort all things good and life-giving?
As the ugliness emerges, its counter in what makes humans, human, emerges too. They go together. Right now we see this in those strong voices who stand up for our rights and our values. Courageous humans who put aside their self-interest in order to do the right thing for the world. So many now, and the numbers grow. Each one is incredibly precious. Through their personal voices, they are expressing the impersonal pulse of life itself, which absent the conditioning of dark agendas, naturally seeks to reinforce itself. Life begets life. Life values life. Life seeks to expand and continually express in new ways.
Because there is no such thing as a problem without a solution, we will free ourselves from this invading force that has sought to capture humanity and gut it of its life affirming nature. (Speaking of problems giving rise to solutions, there a squirrel out my window that’s wrapped its body around the bird feeder, hanging on for dear life, but also eating the bird seed.)
There’s been a slow numbing effect rippling out for who knows how long, that had lulled us into a somnolent state. That’s over. Humans are complacent no longer. Despite the many layers of resistance that needed to be penetrated in order to really see and grasp the situation, people are doing it. Despite the numbers of those still asleep, the numbers who are waking, grows. Despite the plans of the powers-that-would-be, humans are not having t.
We’re watching many, in real time, go through the red-pill process. There is an urgency and we feel it. Everything is speeding up - on both sides. It’s a race. The controllers will try anything to hold on to their elusive powers, yet I can’t help but see humans not merely catching up to those behind dystopia-world, but soon, over-taking them.
Talk about an amazing race.

Noisrevni, Part 2
Your insight is exactly right.
We were lazy and we wanted someone else to deal with the crazies.
Then they went way too far and we were shocked that no one was stepping up to deal with them.
So we had to dig deep and find our courage.
We're kind of like a flash mob now. We're not synchronized yet but we're in tune.
I spent 15 years translating the Old and New testament, did not do it all, the Aramaic books of the Old testament i did not translate. I used the oldest copies of original manuscripts that I could find, want to get as close as I could to the originals. One of the things that struck me was there was a lot of dogma being taught in the "church" that was not supported by scripture, not in the least. One of those was about sex, the church teaches that only sex between a man and a woman if they are married. How ever there is a whole chapter in Leviticus about sex, and if the dogma was correct, then there only needed to be a single line, sex between a married man and woman. PERIOD. There is not that single line, or any line like that at all that I could find.
the dogma about abortions, could not find anything at all, the closest that I could find was a law about a pregnant woman that gets injured by another person. If the baby dies or is injured the woman can decide, yes the woman can decide, what the punishment of the offending party shall be, up to an eye for and eye. It is the woman's choice, not her husbands or person that impregnated her, her choice. From there you can go where you want to, but do not add to the laws handed down and claim God says this when there is no record of it.
Could go on about other issues of dogma, but will not.
