Sometimes I complain that I don’t have enough time to watch all the videos or read all the Substacks I want - because there are just too many.
That’s such good news. A really great ‘problem’ which I needed to remind myself of this morning.
The quality of people who are able to live outside the manufactured reality-show- world is very encouraging. Despite the onslaught of bad news and tidings of more to come and the multi-pronged attempts at controlling us, harming, poisoning and killing us, those who see it and speak up, are beacons, and they are many.
Here are a few I watched I thought worth sharing.
Robert Kennedy Jr and Catherine Austin Fits interviewed by Jerm Warfare here. Not sure when this originally aired, (found it on solari.com) but two of my favorite freedom fighters. Inspiring and not because the news they share is good - but because of who they are - and that they are on the side of truth and have growing followers. In the end, this madness stops. (I know it.)
RFK with Vandana Shiva here. I always learn so much from Vandana Shiva and listening to her - her decades of work and rich knowledge - delivered with a compelling clarity and so much heart - I can’t not feel her efforts will eventually be realized in a radically better planet, that will produce more than enough healthy food.
Mark Crispin Miller with Dr. Pierre Kory here.
Mark’s expertise in propaganda, no doubt, made it easier for him to spot the Covid lies, which of course, made him a target. Simply urging his students (in a propaganda class) to do research on mask effectiveness ultimately led to his being let go at NYU. I imagine most of my readers know his story. This is an excellent interview. And his stack, if you’re not subscribed does a beautiful job of witnessing and documenting the SADS deaths happening worldwide.
John Titus on his new Substack:
Because truth is far more powerful than a lie, because love is far more powerful than than hate, truth and love do not require massive numbers to overcome illusion. We just need enough.

Power of the Heart’s Electromagnetic Field
The heart, like the brain, generates a powerful electromagnetic field, McCraty explains in The Energetic Heart. “The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body. The electrical field as measured in an electrocardiogram (ECG) is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the brain waves recorded in an electroencephalogram (EEG).”
You can read more about the amazing things being learned about the human heart, here.
I know the gaslighting of reality will continue. The bad players who front for even worse players aren’t done. I know there is much suffering for many coming still and many more tragic deaths.
I’m not suggesting there isn’t reason for doubt and outrage, sadness and worry. I’m just reminding myself and you, dear reader, that those feelings are only part of the equation. There is also much to feel inspired by and hopeful for. And positive feelings generate many good things in our bodies and in our electromagnetic fields. They’re essential for our very health. I think we have to include them if we’re gonna make it through to the other side.
We live during an amazing time. We are witnessing the end of one world and the birth of a new one. And we are on team-reality as Toby Rogers (of uTobian stack) would say. I’m really grateful for that.

Thank you Kathleen for all the links. I will look into these while I wait for my husband during his colonoscopy 😂
And God bless you for your positive message ❤️
Thank you Kathleen your perils of wisdom. It amazing how words soothe the soul and nourish the spirit to stay firm and continue forward with a brave heart. This is an unbelievable time.
Despite the assaults of my Canadian government, media, society, family and friends the experience has been the catalyst for me to really awake and understand the world and why there is so much unnecessary suffering. The experience pushed me out of my programmed understanding of the world, my government , and society to search and question everything. In doing so I uncovered many of the puzzle pieces to my life long questions “why does world have to be like this? and why do we keep on making the same mistakes with the same results?
As a student of history I observed that humanity was on a constant cycle of wash, rinse, repeat. Was this repetition not the definition of insanity? So why did we continuously employ the same actions if the human costs were the same? When I asked why humanity engaged in this manner the response was always the same; man has always been cruel to their fellow man because they were inherently evil. But my experience of people, no matter where I travelled, was that on the whole, the majority, were kind and for the most part were peaceful. The explanation that all humanity was evil never quite made sense.
I am grateful for this period, as the answers to questions I have had since I was a little girl are finally becoming clearer. I have experienced in real time how governments ( the historical powers that be) manipulate citizens, how media is used to propagate hate and division and how easily we, the common people, fall for it every time.
I am learning every day and I am so grateful to you and so many wonderful souls that are helping humanity wake. Thanks for sharing the puzzle pieces it’s making the picture so much clearer.
