My partner and I took a little get-away last weekend. Not far from home, but far enough to break the patterns of daily life. It was near a lake and the house itself was named ‘Stargazer’ for the gold stars that covered the ceiling in the kitchen. (Sounds cheesy maybe, but it was really lovely.)
I know it’s hard to take your eyes off The Spectacular Show, but taking a break from it, was a big part of the intention. (I did okay, though admit to early morning video watching while my partner slept.)
It’s scary out there; people are being harmed and killed, babies are horrifyingly next on the sacrificial alter and we can barely keep up with the litany of bad-news.
Overwhelm is a strategy.
For those who see what’s happening, there is genuine effort required not numb yourself out. Not to give in. To not balk at the sheer size of the apparent threat and throw in that metaphorical towel. (Small wonder alcohol sales are up.)
We can’t allow ourselves to be overwhelmed, nor can we ignore it. We need to strike a balance between holding steadfast to what we know is right and requires our commitment with a willingness to allow those things that are never threatened or at risk, to remind and inform us that it’s still okay.
Even tyrants do what they do, in the context of mysterious eternal life.
Really, in the scheme of vast life, they are more like annoying buzzing insects - distracting us from an otherwise beautiful spring night under starlit skies. You can focus on the bug or you can focus on the stars. Or you can be mindful of both. When you are, “they” start to look less threatening.
In the midst of this attempted global takeover, an agile strategy is required; a balancing between staying informed and taking action, with relaxing and enjoying the many things that have remained untouchable - and will - no matter how events unfold. (This is my intention as a strategy, I’m not always successful.)
In shifting sands - and the world out there feels something like quicksand at the moment - we must look elsewhere to root ourselves.
In a desire to do that, ironically, we may find we’re more inclined to star-gaze: we require bigger contexts in which to view ourselves and our world. Simply looking up at a night sky, and wondering about our place in the cosmos, or the distance of planets and stars, will naturally reorient us.
We can look, un-ironically, to the earth for grounding. Nature itself, perpetually restores and heals, and when we allow it, heals us as well. Just sitting on a rock and watching a colony of ants will transform your worries into wonder. (I’m sure we all remember doing this as kids.)
Despite the global crises, the majesty and mystery of life goes on. The sustenance and miracles it offers, are still available.
When we focus exclusively on the scary current events transforming human life, we easily miss the deeper transformation that is occurring within ourselves simultaneously. Though hidden and unseen, under this launched multi-pronged takeover of our planet, we are clarifying who we are. We are literally being re-created via pressure. I know I’ve written about this before and I likely will again - because in my estimation, it is THE BIG STORY unfolding.
Those previous versions of our selves, well where did they go? We don’t tend to really think about that. They seem to vanish, while something new silently emerges. The transformation, while remarkable, is impossible to pin down or dissect. Yet, absent the threat to our survival, it likely wouldn’t happen, at least not on this scale.
The Powers That Would Be aren’t powerful at all. They are sloppy and hubristic and delusional. Trying to manufacture a synthetic world populated with synthetic people eating synthetic food, under their full control, shows us that. That’s not transformation, that’s a bad movie plot. That’s not a reset, that’s a dystopian novel populated with psychopath characters armed with AI. (And if I were writing that movie/novel they would, of course, end up blowing themselves up.)
Their insane attempt at transformation won’t - can’t - work, but look what they force in that attempt: a genuine human transformation that will end them.
It’s beautiful.
True transformation, human transformation is deeply mysterious and hidden. It’s part of our birthright, whose Source can not be seen, but whose effects are seen everywhere.
Because their plan won’t work, let’s not behave as if it will. I think it behooves us to see them as villains acting out a role rather than presenting a serious threat. (Schwaby, as we know, likes to dress for the part.)
We should laugh at them.
Warriors for freedom are sending out alarms and action items and doing what they do best - and I’m sincerely grateful for every one of them. They know their role - heroes! - and they are playing it well. They inspire me. And I take action, of course.
So when I write that we don’t need to play their game or we can ignore them, go around them and simply make them irrelevant - I’m not being passive. Still many may think that message is too simplistic and unrealistic.
I suspect we are doubtful about things that seem too simple. Humans have been trained to listen to experts and place their faith in data. Those who would control us know that. And it’s so easy to distort and misdirect with data, as bad cattitude has recently pointed out in this post.
I’ll let those qualified to deal with data, deal with data. I appreciate them.
I’ll read my lines, play my part: Screw the data and trust your gut. I don’t care what the data says, I know there is a force on the planet attempting to kill, harm and make human beings infertile. I know they will stop at nothing and that they’ve captured many governments and institutions. I know they want the humans who they don’t kill to be fully controlled and eventually corral them into a digital world. I don’t need any data to know that.
And we don’t need to be afraid of them. As we rise, they shrink. Trust me, I don’t know how, but that’s how it works. A lot like standing up to a bully I guess.
Don’t comply. Simple, yes. Powerful too. (However it only works if you actually don’t comply. And we haven’t - in enough numbers - tried that yet.)
Speak up. There are many, perhaps even the majority, who know something is deeply wrong but they stay silent. Giving voice to what you feel, think and see is essential.
Stop funding our enslavers. Why pay universities who mandate our kids to harm themselves and indoctrinate them into an anti-human agenda? Let’s not shop at Amazon, and let’s take our money out of the big banks. We can figure out our own systems for money and community based lending that remove banks from the equation. We can also support local farmers and figure out our own food supply.
We can start a new world. Indeed, we already have started.
Let’s let our imagination, and the fire we carry in our hearts for freedom, move us to embody the Declaration of Independence instead of merely citing it.
Let’s be fierce in our love for freedom and humanity. (You know you are.)
Fuck it - what have we got to lose?
Just as diamonds - a metaphor I’m fond of using - that eventually surface out of deep earth fully transformed, these new versions of ourselves also formed via immense pressure, will surface and sparkle. Even dazzle.
That’s the big story unfolding on our planet right now.

Such a delicate job you do, this time, illuminating the journey of balancing staying informed yet not at the expense of living in the garden of earth. We've all been raised on the good/evil story, it has infused our entertainment most of our lives, so here we are, I suppose, with the opportunity soon, if not now, at our doors to show up as the hero of our own lives. Thank you for being a brave and clear voice along my way.
Great essay! I have felt caught between letting it all go, trying not to pay attention to any of the BS happening on one hand, and continuing to stay caught up on the newest facts/data on the other. It is a balancing act between living life as it is meant to be lived - and how you described it - and being prepared for what may come.
At this point I realize that it is psychological preparation. I can discern that many many people have been maimed or died because of the clot shots. I feel pretty sure there is no end in site to that for a few years. I am psychologically preparing how to deal with that new way of life, where there probably won't be enough healthy people to run society the way we are used to, how to take care of orphans, how to deal with roaming hoards of hungry people. It could eventually come to that. I sure hope not. But it won't come out of left field for me if it does and I will be able to handle it.
For several months now, I make mental notes to appreciate even the smallest of things. I live on a busy highway and sometimes I hate the traffic noise. (Many times I don't notice it) But for there not to be traffic will mean something has gone horribly wrong.
