I beg to differ somewhat; I was 10 years old when our government blew JFK’s head off and then lied to us about it for some 60 years now. The truth is never pleasant or pretty. That event is traumatizing for me and the nation. I did spend many years chasing rainbows, unicorns, and smelling the flowers.

As long as we ignore or put these traumatizing events on the back burner, they continue to happen. We need to take a break periodically, but never ignore reality. I think of the quote by Carl Jung: One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. (Carl Jung). I have become a dweller in two worlds, and the balancing act of not being overwhelmed by the light and the dark is ever present. Cheers

Thank liam. I'm not advocating putting our heads in the sand or chasing rainbows and the rest. Though I do like to smell a flower!

We know JFK was killed by our own government. We know a lot of the players. I'm suggesting all the details and ins and outs are part of the distraction and at some point, we know enough - see the darkness - to stop spending too much time on them.

If you're familiar with my stack you'll know I don't put things on the back burner and have written a good amount of hidden agendas. Like many people who've been at this a while,

our attention is turning towards what's real and the life we'd like to create.

Best.

What I like about your writings is that they tend to spark or ignite something buried deep within me. I always thought trauma would go away, but it doesn’t; it’s something I have to live with. Thank you for your thoughtful response.

You both bring up an excellent points... which leads me to say: trauma does NOT go away on its own, but it's also something we don't have to just live with, on a personal or a societal level.

I'm married to a hypnotist who specializes in healing the deepest traumas, which is probably why, as a playwright, I've proposed an interactive theatre piece that uses shamanic healing rituals for communal trauma -- designed specifically to heal the trauma that JFK's assassination has lodged within our cultural psyche.

THAT's where I want my attention these days!

I think many of just don’t want a repeat so we feel that remaining engaged is how we eventually make change. Elitists and the Deep State are hoping we check out so they can carry on. Once again, your words bring the much needed comfort of a kindred spirit. Feet in the grass, hands in the dirt, cacophony of birdsong and buzzing bees…immersing myself in RI’s (Real Intelligence, ie God’s) creation is the antidote to this unsettling, disorienting, dystopian post-matrix “narrative” (a word I’ve come to loathe). When everything has been an illusion and those illusions are shattered to smithereens…”unearthed,” it is time to earth! Recalibrate physically, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually with our Creator and His creation. Perhaps it might be that simple (yet profound). We are wired, coded to be one with God (DNA-“the God code). All of this nefarious matrix psyop (another word I loathe) has been to separate us from God) Ai, fluoride, poisons, brainwashing, etc. But we are FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE!! Hallelujah and amen! Thank you for reminding me! 🙏🥰

Nature is all there is in the Physical; when we develop a good relationship with Nature, we realize our connection to the Self and each other. If Sight can be where the Mind begins, then Gratitude can be where the Heart begins. Gratitude for our sense of Oneness with Nature is a very powerful form of Divine Love, it is one of the greatest keys to the Heart. This is what can transform the world, everything is one Energy.

In worldly doings, events and human caused catastrophes we find ourselves examining; all of these things could be fixed, if a large portion of humanity were to wake up and see the greatest connection we have is to each other.

Your post is a great reflection and a Gift to me, this morning.

Amen, Nature Sister.

"This groundbreaking research highlights the importance of 'feeding the field' with compassion and love energy. It is not just about science – it’s about embracing our shared humanity and understanding how love can transform our world."

I think that Nature is the food that feeds it, and I know that you do, too.

I have been yawning at so many vitriolic posts lately, and my energy field feels like it just wants me to steer clear. And so I am.

I was headed into the woods just now, but couldn't resist opening your email. Spring has sprung, and I am in Awe once again. The peepers are back with their thunderous cacophony from the wildlife preserve across the road. And my beautiful Willow just pushed out her first buds. It all seems like an antidote to Rachel Carson's "Silent Spring." It gives me hope.

On another note, I was chuckling about your Baby Buddha post all day after reading it. I went downstairs into my catch-all, chaotic workroom, and my eyes landed on something on a bookshelf I'd long forgotten was there. A Baby Buddha coin bank that my daughter gave me years ago! LOLOL.

And now, into the woods I go to enjoy this beautiful spring day before the black flies appear. I hope you and all who are reading your words have a beautiful day or night, wherever you are in the world. It's still beautiful. 💚💚💚

I agree, how much more sordid detail do we need to know? As a New Year resolution I stopped reading the (propaganda) news, and signed off from many sub-stackers who dig into the big deceit in its many forms. I go for walks daily in Nature, and birdsong is always uplifting. We have hoopoe birds here too. Currently reading Gospel of Mary Magdalene with commentary by mystic-scholar Jean-Yves Leloup - much more interesting than the latest doom-gloom.

So many things are so obvious, and if we aren't willing to even look at them or consider the implications, the rest of it is busy-work.

There are the people who are doing and saying and supporting what pays them, and then there's everyone else.

The adults in the room are growing and becoming more self-aware.

The only thing that saves us is when it doesn't matter what the other people do.

Got a buddy from Vermont, just retired and visiting Japan for a week. The two of us go way back to when Temple Univ. Japan was still getting its sea-legs, him teaching Geology, and me running the biology labs.

I remember when he and his wife and 6 year old daughter (now in biology grad school) stayed overnight at my place and the next day, we went to this jazz festival, only a couple of miles from my apartment ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2eMw6Ha3JwQ (just left a comment under the video).

Still live in the same apartment and can see the ferris wheel of the park from my rooftop. 1992! Time flies when you're having fun. 🤪

‘Something like a gathering knock is pounding on heaven’s door’. So true Kathleen. I see the knocking coming from all of us here on our walks through the woods, our feet in the river or our perch on a sunny deck. Nature’s actually in charge of it all. Several years ago in Ashland Oregon, I attended A Mid Summer Night’s Dream - Shakespeare ya gotta love it. But it went on forever it seemed and I got really bored. Those guys with their secrets and lies are just an overlong scene on the world’s stage. Tragedy and comedy. But it’s time to go home now.

I have no doubt rocks have consciousness - as Barbara Sinclair would also attest.

(I ask before bringing them home and sometimes it's a clear yes, other times a No. I've even had rocks say yes, and after I've carried them a while want to be put back down - as if they needed a different view. I know it sounds crazy, but...)

And don't get me started on trees! It's possible I understand them better than people. Oh, well.

He realuzed the day after that a powerful coverup was going down. He talked to doctors and nurses the day of. Went back the next day to get written and signed statements, every thing changed.

Surveyed the shooting. 2 different shooters. Lots more to it.

I realized it was fixed when i witnessed Lee Harvey being killed. Ir was a staged setup. The videos available now are nothing like what really happened. That killing is burned into my memory.

Amazing how your words capture the essence of our reality. I could never be so eloquent with words. Like you, I’m bored but still transfixed watching this train wreck of a narrative keep chugging down the track. Wondering when, if ever, the engineer gets the message that the human bridge ahead has washed away.

At this point I’ve concluded that most every material experience of my life has been manipulated in some way to obscure or nudge me in a direction away from my self. My talents were cataloged and channelled by the system for the system. Until deemed no longer useful, or replaced by youthful vigor, and at lower cost. A life’s work strictly as a transaction.

My interest now is to revisit many of the things I thought I knew. To revisit history. To review the physics and science of my engineering background. To reconcile the inconsistencies. To shore up those foundational understandings and move forward true to my self. For me, any who would listen, and those who still rely on me to shield them from the system that would do to them as was done to me. And then they can grow themselves without those false burdens.

For what it’s worth, the forest around me figures prominently in my reworked foundations. Grateful for nature allowing me to be here and your words to put it in context. Thanks. Have a great day.
